You’re a plumber tried and true. You enjoy regularly performing plumbing install projects such as repipes and sewer replacements and you are also happy to run service calls. You’re experienced at residential and light commercial plumbing and confident in your abilities. You’re great with customers and delight them on every call. You’re consistent. You consistently bring in strong revenue numbers. You leave happy customers and get great reviews. You’re fun to work with. You understand life’s better when you enjoy your job. What the Job Is
An installer and service plumber position. You will perform re-pipes, sewer replacements, re-drains, main water service replacements and other larger jobs. You will also run service calls depending on the company’s needs on a given day. If we have install jobs sold for you to perform, these will take priority and if not you will run service calls where you will diagnose small issues and perform the repair.

Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential and commercial plumbing
- Repipe homes and commercial buildings
- Replace water / sewer mains
- Replace drain lines on residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose residential and light commercial plumbing issues and then perform the repair
- Spend a lot of time with the customer explaining the issue and how we will fix it for them
- Provide the customer options and sell what works best for them
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines
- Repair/ replacement of water heaters
- Repair or replace fixtures, shower valves, garbage disposals, etc.
- Drain cleaning
- Rotate one Saturday day-time shift per month
- Repair or replace broken drain lines
Requirements
- Proven performance as a plumbing installer and service plumber
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Background check
- Pass drug test
